Strategie radzenia sobie ze stresem stosowane przez studentów: Badanie uzupełniające dwa lata po wybuchu pandemii COVID-19

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wyników badania dotyczącego strategii radzenia sobie ze stresem wśród studentów polskich uczelni pod koniec pandemii COVID-19, czyli na początku 2022 roku. W badaniach wykorzystano kwestionariusz Mini-COPE, który wypełniło 475 studentów polskich uczelni. Zgromadzony materiał empiryczny wykazał, że w 2022 r. respondenci częściej stosowali strategie takie jak humor i obwinianie się, natomiast częstotliwość stosowania strategii religijnych okazała się niższa w porównaniu z badaniami z 2020 r. Co więcej, w badaniu z 2022 roku zauważono mniejsze zapotrze- bowanie na wsparcie emocjonalne i wyższe tendencje do zaprzeczania niż w badaniu z 2020 roku.
