Abstrakt

Uwzględniając znaczenie ryzyka samobójczego w szeregu jednostek diagnostycznych, zasadne wydaje się dokonywanie oceny skuteczności technik i metod terapeutycznych ukierunkowanych na ich redukcję. W niniejszym tekście dokonano analizy prac badawczych przeprowadzonych w latach 2015–2019 oceniających skuteczność interwencji poznawczo-behawioralnych w odniesieniu do pacjentów z ryzykiem samobójczym. Analiza wskazuje na skuteczność klasycznych metod poznawczo-behawioralnych. Jednocześnie coraz więcej uwagi poświęca się analizom skuteczności działań prowadzonych na odległość- telefonicznie lub online, co w przyszłości może okazać się ważną formą leczenia, zwłaszcza pacjentów, którzy z różnych przyczyn nie mogą skorzystać z tradycyjnej formy psychoterapii.
