Ponowne rozważenie relacji między edukacją a polityką. Powrót do trwającej debaty w teorii edukacji

Artykuł ten wpisuje się w wieloletnią debatę w teorii edukacji dotyczącą relacji między edukacją a polityką. Przeciwstawia perspektywy postrzegające edukację jako z natury polityczną – zwłaszcza w nurcie pedagogiki krytycznej, gdzie ujmowana jest ona jako narzędzie emancypacji – oraz podejścia inspirowane myślą Arendt i bardziej konserwatywnymi koncepcjami, które postulują wyraźne oddzielenie sfery edukacji od sfery politycznej. Artykuł analizuje również, w jaki sposób definicje zarówno edukacji, jak i polityki różnią się w zależności od kontekstu kulturowego i językowego. W konkluzji podkreślono znaczenie zachowania autonomii edukacji jako fundamentu autentycznego zaangażowania politycznego.
